Amsterdam
Our holiday park is located in a beautiful area. Between the bulb fields and close to the North Sea. There is always something to do in Amsterdam. The capital of the Netherlands offers many possibilities when it comes to a day out. A nice visit to the museum, a day on the water, a delicious meal or just a day of shopping. In Amsterdam you can go in all directions.
The most beautiful museums in the Netherlands
Art lovers can indulge themselves in Amsterdam. There are many high-quality museums to be found in the city. Some even say the most beautiful museums in the Netherlands. Here the Rijksmuseum takes the throne. The museum has a very large collection of masterpieces, with the main attraction being ‘The Night Watch’ by Rembrandt. In addition to the Rijksmuseum, you can also visit the Van Gogh Museum and the Stedelijk Museum of Amsterdam (on the same ‘Museumplein’) from our holiday park.
Canal Cruise
A canal cruise through Amsterdam is also highly recommended. During the tour you will receive a wonderful explanation of all the special features of the city. And every cruise has its own story to tell. So have you ever taken a canal cruise through Amsterdam? Then take a look at another shipping company for a cruise: there is a big chance that you will have a completely different cruise than the last time!
Shopping in Amsterdam
Of course you can also shop excellently in Amsterdam. With the Kalverstraat as a real shopping street, and many small streets for “unique” shopping, you can easily spend a few days here. You can do this unique shopping excellently in the ‘9 Straatjes’, the nine shopping streets between the Raadhuisstraat and the Leidsestraat. In the ‘9 Straatjes’ you can shop in nice boutiques, shoe shops, vintage shops and much more. You can also eat deliciously in the ‘9 Straatjes’. Ideal if you are going away for a day.
