Beautiful, light and modern furnished chalet, newly placed and furnished in 2015.

The chalet offers space for 4 adults and 2 children (maximum six) on approximately 52 m²:
Bedroom 1: Double bed with separate mattresses of 80 cm wide and 2 built-in wardrobes and a 2nd TV.
Bedroom 2: two single beds of 80 cm wide and 2 wardrobes
Bedroom 3: a bunk bed of 80 cm wide and a wardrobe

The chalet has a spacious living room with a large sliding door to the covered terrace. In the living-dining room there is a TV and a stereo system with CD and DVD player. There is a bathroom with toilet and shower and separate toilet. The open kitchen is fully equipped – including a gas stove (4 burners) incl. extractor hood, an oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher and smaller kitchen appliances such as coffee makers, kettle, egg cooker, toaster, etc.

The beautifully landscaped garden plot consists of a paved covered terrace and a well-maintained directly adjacent lawn. There is another seating area between the garden house and the house. In the garden house there is a washing machine for free use. It also serves as a storage space for garden furniture and 2 bicycles, which can be used free of charge (please treat them with care).

Garden furniture (table and 6 chairs) and other seating/lying options are available.

Furthermore, an electric grill and a charcoal grill are available.

The property is completely fenced and your dog is welcome.
