In the area around Burgerbrug you can take the most beautiful cycling routes. Cycle through nature, visit the nicest cities and villages and discover what makes the area so beautiful. For example, take a tour of the West Frisian polder around Schagen. This is a beautiful and long cycling route that you can fully customize to your own wishes. Two routes to definitely discover

The area around Holiday Park Zijpersluis has another beautiful cycling and walking route that you absolutely must discover during your holiday. These are two routes that we offer together with the adjacent restaurant ‘De Brugwachter’. The first route is the Rondje Schoorl and West-Friese Zeedijk. This route takes you along the coast and the area around Schoorl. A beautiful route that shows you all the beautiful places in the area. The walking route is the Abtskolk and Burgerbrug route, and offers a beautiful walking route around our holiday park. So don’t forget to bring your walking shoes!

Or take a walk?

Hikers can also enjoy themselves in North Holland. The vast landscape, between the dunes of the North Sea and the IJsselmeer, provides plenty of variety during your hike. But the various towns and villages also make a walk extra pleasant. The towns in our region are old and have a beautiful history, which you can often still see in the buildings. This often makes a walk through the towns a very nice and sometimes even educational experience. But the tulip fields are also a beautiful location for a walk.
